WHY USE A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Many of us kind of know what we NEED to do, but most of us also find it much harder to then do it and stick at it! So we will help you stay accountable and focussed, plan your sessions and be your motivator, especially on the cold, wet, dark days when you need encouragement to get moving.

HOW LONG WILL A SESSION LAST?
Typically they are one hour long, but that doesn’t mean they cannot be shorter or longer than this if you require them to be. We are happy to deliver whatever you wish and at a venue and hour to suit you.

WHAT TYPE OF CLIENTS DO WE TRAIN?
On a 1-2-1 basis we will train people from 18 years old and above. There is no such thing as a typical client and we work with all abilities and fitness levels, male or female and almost all with different requirements and individual objectives.

DO YOU TEACH GROUPS?
Yes we are able to teach two people at our home gym, who can share the costs. We also teach small groups outside and always happy to discuss requirements.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT TO START PERSONAL TRAINING WITH YOU?
No, the aim of the sessions is to safely and gradually improve your fitness from the starting position you are at. We will require you to fill out a questionnaire and state any medical conditions you have, which is for your safety, enable us to plan and also covers our insurance.

I WORK LONG HOURS AND HAVE LIMITED TIME - CAN YOU HELP?
Yes, we specialise in creating shorter and effective sessions for the busy professional, who has limited time, wanting to train either before or a days work. We can come to you, set everything up and create a session that will be burning off calories long after we have left!
