Meet CorinCorin has over 25 years of fitness industry experience, through coaching martial arts, exercise classes and one-to-one training and is the owner and instructor at Surrey Karate Ltd.
He has always been into fitness and at sixteen years old began training in karate and has been regularly taught by world renowned experts. He uses this coaching knowledge and experience to help peoples physical and mental fitness, through getting them more active, flexible and mobile and can incorporate martial arts routines into his cardio and high intensity workouts when required. Perfection is never the ultimate goal for his clients; progression is. He wants to inspire and encourage people to better themselves not to society's standards - but for their own benefit and overall wellbeing. He is a qualified Level 3 PT, 4th Dan Karate, with Enhanced DBS, 1st Aid and Security Clearance. |
GEORGE PEGDEN

Meet GeorgeGeorge started his own fitness training in his early teens and then evolved into coaching friends and family, until deciding to go into personal training more formally in 2018. George specialises in strength and conditioning - helping people develop better physiques and reshape their body aesthetically.
His training programmes utilise various free and fixed weights alongside other resistance equipment, specialising in working within the 18-40 year old age range. He has sport and fitness in his genes…one grandfather a Head PE teacher and the other a professional footballer, Cliff Portwood, who started his career as Sir Tom Finney’s understudy at Preston North End, finishing it at Portsmouth FC between 1963-69. George is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor, fully insured with Enhanced DBS and is First Aid qualified. |
